What is the procedure to place an order?

To place your order, follow these steps: 1. Select the merch, the suitable size, and the quantity you want. It is advised to go through the size chart before you place the order. 2. Once you’re done, click the ‘Add To Cart’ button for continuing shopping or proceeding with Buy Now. 3. Click on the cart icon on the top right. You can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order and click ‘Checkout.’ 4. After that, you can proceed with the existing account if you have already created an account, or you can simply continue as a 'New User' and create one. 5. Once you’re done, proceed to checkout, confirm your shipping address, and select the desired payment method to confirm your order by clicking ‘Place Order.’

Do we get any confirmation mail after the order is successfully placed?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation mail on the mail id you have registered on www.upon4.com.

Is Cash On Delivery (COD) available?

No, we are not providing a COD facility right now.

Can I cancel the order I have placed?

No, Once the order is placed cannot be canceled.

What are the alternative ways of payment if it fails?

Do you take bulk orders/customize products?

Yes, we do take bulk orders / customized products. Mail your design and number of orders to deepesh@upon4.com for further inquiry.

Shipping and Tracking

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Order will be delivered in 7-10 working days.

What if my order is undelivered?

You can mail to deepesh@upon4.com or directly give us a phone call on the number specified in the “Contact us” section.

What are the terms of the exchange policy?

Currently, we are not offering any exchange for our customers. If your are having major issues, then you may contact us.
